Feedback about the delivery of services to persons with disabilities is welcomed as it may identify areas that require change and assist in continuous service improvement. Feedback can be made by telephone, fax, email, in person or through the Client Feedback Form found below.

Our response will be in a format that respects the communication preference of the person with a disability. Additional time may be required for follow up depending on the format of response required; however, VitalAire will ensure this information is presented in a timely manner.
