Patient Update on COVID-19 and Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs)

At VitalAire, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our employees, patients, customers and the health communities we serve. We are making every effort to ensure the continuity of supply of oxygen and oxygen therapy devices to our patients to ensure you receive the best ongoing care.

As ordered by the public health authorities to ensure intensive care patients have access to Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) when critically required, we are limiting the supply of POC devices to all other non-urgent or non-critical cases. It is essential that we maintain our POC inventory to meet the needs of patients in critical condition from the COVID-19 outbreak. We hope you can understand these exceptional circumstances and we apologize for the inconvenience. Once we have received clearance from the appropriate health authorities, we will review your request to  possibly provide a POC best suited to your health needs.
